Innovative tech, hardcore aero, and weight-saving measures were employed in the M4 GTS. The turbocharged inline-six utilizes a water-methanol injection system to result in an output of 493 bhp while weight drops 60 lbs. from the standard model. New aerodynamics across the body generate more downforce without negatively affecting drag for better stability and cornering abilities.
Acceleration is blistering with a 3.8-second 0-62 mph acceleration time while top speed is pushed back to 190 mph. It can even lap the Nürburgring Nordschleife in the same time as a Porsche Carrera GT.
That added performance is a lot to handle, but the Vorsteiner VSE-101 forged wheels are more than up to the task. The forged aluminum alloy wheels are made to keep weight to a minimum while being able to handle the forces endured with hard driving on the track, making them a perfect fit for the M4 GTS.
